Are you coming to see us this weekend? Here are the little bits of info you need to know to help you plan!
Opening Times
The site opens at 16:00 each day, last entry 19:00. The event closes at 22:00
Individual performance times have not been released
Age restriction
14+ (under 18s must be accompanied by an adult)
Bag restrictions
One small bag per person is permitted, no larger than A4 size. Height: 29.7cm, width: 21cm, depth: 15cm. Large bags - including rucksacks - are not allowed, so please make alternative arrangements
Parking
The official car park for the weekend is the Strand Shopping Centre Car Park.
The Car Park entrance is located on Vermont Way, L20 4XZ.
Accessible car parking spaces and pay machines are on level 5.

0-2 Hours £1.80
2-4 Hours £3.00
4-5 Hours £4.00
5+ Hours £7.50
The car park exit will close at 23.00.
Stores will close as normal, and the Strand Shopping Centre will remain open strictly for entry/exit to the car park only.
Seating
There is no seating which gives a view to the stage, although there is places to sit at the back of the site. You are not allowed to bring your own seating.
Food & Drink
Strictly no food & drink is to be brought into the event venue; there will be vendors where you can purchase food & drink on site.

Accessibility
The site is a hard standing, tarmac surface and is accessible via wheelchair, we also offer queuing priority for anyone with accessibility requirements please enter the GUEST LIST/ACCESSIBILITY queue at the entrance.
There will be an area on site for wheelchair users to go and view the stage
Companion ticket
If you need a ticket for a companion or personal assistant, please just let us know when you book. We offer one companion ticket, free of charge, to provide support you need and additional assistance in the event of an emergency evacuation.
So you know, proof of eligibility will be required.

There’s an accessible toilet on the towards the rear of the site, this will be open to the public if you are having any issues accessing this toilet a member of staff will be on hand to help.
Strobe lighting and special effects
Most shows and events now use strobe lighting and smoke effects, but we’ll make sure there are signs up to let you know and you can also ask when you arrive. If this is an issue, please do let one of our team know, before or during an event.
