New York Federal federal prosecutors asked a judge to order the Bureau of Prisons to seize the money from his inmate trust account and cut a check for that amount to the clerk of courts. Prosecutors claim that Kelly neglected to pay $140,000 in court-ordered fines in his case and wish to use the commissary balance.
