The TMFF story

TMFF - The Monthly Film Festival is an online film festival and screenplay competition founded in Glasgow, Scotland at the beginning of 2015. Our editions are held on a monthly basis, having awarded and nominated over 1200 short films, feature films or trailers so far out of more than 2500 official selections from +120 countries.

Our film collection is available for free and is comprised of over 2500 titles, with +40 categories for you to choose from. So if you’re in the mood for watching a short animation, a documentary, an award winning drama or a trailer, TMFF is the place! You can literally spend hundreds of hours on our collection page watching our past official selections.

In the end, our main aim was and still is to bring filmmakers together regardless of their experience. If you’re an aspiring director, you will know that it is crucial for your work to be appreciated no matter the size of the audience or the budgets of the films you compete against. At TMFF we care about your talent before anything else.
