Sunday the 3rd of December was for me the manifestation of ease, flow and surrender. Over a decade of wielding words on stage coalesced into a two hour show of cathersis and joy called Souled Out.

I have said this a few times that i struggle with asking for help but for some reason a community of people came together to make this a spectre of a thing and my heart is truly overjoyed and grateful.
