A lovely treat to meet up with the fantastic William Henry ahead of the launch of his latest book this coming Sunday '𝐖𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐲 𝐀𝐧 𝐀𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐇𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲' and to be presented with a signed copy of this stunning book, all 272 glossy pages of it and see my own digital artwork as the cover, what an honour 😃
This new book is a fascinating history of the Woodquay area from ancient times to the present day. The story reveals a rich tapestry of people and events that shaped the story of this wonderful place.

Very saddened to hear of the passing of the Charismatic Christy Dignam ⭐️🎤💔🎶
Christy was such an influential figure in the Irish music scene. The Irish Rock industry has truly lost another legend today 😢
My deepest condolences to Christy's wife Kathryn, to his daughter Kiera, to his fellow bandmates in Aslan, and to his wide circle of family and friends. ❤️
may he rest in peace and always be remembered as the talented, charismatic performer he was ❤️

📸 Vintage "Selfies" 📸
Before we were uploading our filtered faces to Instagram and we carried high-tech cameras in our phones, cameras were bulky, slow shuttering, and heavy. This selfie, with an antediluvian analog camera, is being held at arm’s length with the help of two men.
These selfies were more experimental photography more so than tools of self-promotion. The first selfie was referred to as a self-portrait at the time and is credited to Robert Cornelius in 1839
