🍝 San Giorgio Lasagna Recipe 🧀
Classic lasagna with layers of tender noodles, rich beef sauce, creamy ricotta, and melted cheese.
Ingredients:
12 San Giorgio lasagna noodles
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
32 oz ricotta cheese
2 eggs
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
26 oz marinara sauce
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook lasagna noodles as per package directions; drain and set aside.
Brown ground beef, onion, and garlic in a skillet, then stir in marinara sauce.
In a bowl, mix ricotta, eggs, parsley, salt, and pepper.
In a 9x13-inch baking dish, spread ⅓ of the meat sauce, then layer noodles, ricotta mix, and mozzarella. Repeat.
Top with remaining meat sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly. Let sit for 15 minutes before serving.

Tips:
Let the lasagna rest after baking to set the layers perfectly.
For extra flavor, use a combination of cheeses like provolone or Asiago.
