ACTION ITEM:

If you live in or near Rhode Island, or know someone who does, your help is needed!

Republican and Democrat candidates are automatically on the ballot in most states. But if you want to run as a Libertarian in Rhode Island, they give you a week to get 1000 petition signatures.

They then do everything they can to invalidate as many of the signatures as possible, so you really need to get closer to 2000 signatures.

The Libertarian Party of Rhode Island is running their gubernatorial candidate, Elijah Gizzarelli. If Elijah gets at least 5%, they won't have to be subjected to these signature requirements for the next 4 years.

LPRI candidates have gotten as much as 40% of the vote in the past, so that shouldn't be any problem at all. But in order to get Elijah on the ballot in the first place, we need your help:

1. If you live in or near RI, go to the https://lpri.us/ message them on their page and volunteer to help collect signatures.

2. If you know anyone who lives in or near RI who would like to help, tag them in the comments below.

3. Share this post now to spread it far and wide.

With your help, we will paint Rhode Island gold.

Words matter: restaurants did not voluntarily close. RI state government crippled them, and it had a domino effect across local industry...

Not only that, but don't you think they should have been able to sell direct in the first place? Lots of unnecessary regulations in RI, and the state continues to profit off this situation by charging them licensing fees.
