With so many new followers and to celebrate the first week back in local news in the books, here’s 7 things you may not know about me!

1. My husband, Jake, is from Virginia and I met him one month after I left Channel 7 and moved there for an anchor job!

2. Our daughter, Baylor, is 3 and full of joy! I actually got the name idea from a kid named Baylor in a Vine dance group back in 2012!

3. We have two dogs, a golden doodle named Wrigley and an English cream golden retriever named August (Augie).

4. My faith is extremely important to me. I’m currently reading the entire Bible in a year. (S/O The Bible Recap Podcast)

5. I love historical fiction whether it’s a good book or movie. My favorite movie is Pride and Prejudice!

6. I’m obsessed with One Direction and Harry Styles 😜

7. I was an intern at Channel 7 in 2012 and came back as a reporter in 2015. Some of my closest friends to this day are people I met at the station!

Just a little walk down memory lane as some of my favorite people make some big life changes.

As many of you know, working at KATV was a dream come true for me. I was working with Little Rock legends, but I left with friendships that I still cherish today.
