Founded by Gold and Platinum award winning Producer, Performer & Songwriter, Paul Frazier (David Byrne, Chaka Khan, Nile Rodgers), along with Producer & Performer, Steve Williams (Sade, Digable Planets, David Byrne) and Finance Executive & Business Adviser, Rafael Diaz.
