I am amazed at the number of people in the real estate investing space who still don't know what subject to investing is.

Jodi and I attended a real estate event here in NWA last week, and out of half a dozen conversations we had with other attendees, only one knew what it was...and that was the person putting on the event.

Whether you are a rehabber, a buy and hold investor, or a flipper, you owe it to yourself to learn more about this incredible technique of buying houses. Learning about it changed my life over 25 years ago.
