POV: Throwback Thursday’s flash back
Wow how time had flown by…. Looking back from the pandemic days when we all lived a different life. It was a scary time from some, a time we were able to find inner ourselves. Music and my creativity helped me to get through some of those tough times where I got creative and brought enjoyment to myself and spread on to others. I will never forget such a crazy important time like these.

Pov: Long-time friend for over 30 years ....lost contact for a bit. However, time brought us back ..... today was a good day catch-up lunch with good food n drink (Hammersmith) talking all things from family to creating a business plan together like the connection had never broke.

I'm proud of this guy....... to where he has come!

Pov: If you're a lover of the theatre ...definitely a play you need to watch and add to your list.
FOR BLACK BOYS ...
A sure brilliant on a journey of what and how young and grown black men & men in general face issues that can affect men population in massive way.
Not only is it filled with humour but also addresses the seriousness of mental health we as men go through.
I, for one, have experienced some real low moments where words just isnt enough. I can't express enough how hard it is & can be to open up.
This is not a post to glorify but more about having open conversations for men to talk ... going to this play, allow me to see how others view this topic ... too many black men are taking their life, just not being able to simply express themselves.

I feel I have a platform not just a dj but to make a difference within my community for my black brothers what eva age.
Thank you to all those who made this play possible...
A lot has been done, but there's still more to do!
