Candidate for Pasco County Commission makes false claims of grassroots efforts.
Backed by special interests, developers, home builders, investors and political action committees, Republican candidate Lisa Yeager proves she’s not for the people of Pasco County.
Since May of 2024, Yeager has accepted more than $75,000 in out of county contributions from these special interest groups and more than $21,000 from political action committees that have no ties to Pasco County.
In a recent meeting, Yeager stood before the Republican Liberty Caucus and made false claims that she runs a grassroots campaign.
Lying Lisa Yeager even accepted contributions from luxury apartments that are reaping the tax free benefits of the new Live Local Act, which was supported by her husband Florida Representative Brad Yeager.
Lying Lisa Yeager even made a campaign promise to keep your taxes lower. In July she supported a tax rate increase on Pasco homeowners. This tax increase is to help pay for roads – the same roads that are being overburdened by the tax exempt luxury apartments that support her campaign.
So, if you support the establishment, if you support special interests, if you support a candidate backed by political action committees, then you support Lying Lisa Yeager!
