For those interested in the next Parker County Subdivision Regulations Committee (“SRC”) Meeting:

PURPOSE OF THE SRC:
The purpose of the SRC is to consider potential changes to the subdivision regulations of Parker County, listen to feedback from interested stakeholders and the public, and then present recommendations to Commissioners Court. The SRC does not have the authority to make any direct changes to the subdivision regulations of Parker County. Changes to subdivision regulations in Parker County can only be made by Commissioners Court.

TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION/ACTION:
The full agenda will be released closer to the meeting but the following topics (and others as needed) will be discussed and/or voted upon:
• Water systems for new subdivisions of a certain size
• Presentation from Mr. Lee Thurman re how developers can put in a water system in a cost-effective manner
• RV Park development regulations
• Manufactured Home regulations
• Adding minimum culvert sizing to mylar plats as approved by Commissioner / Precinct staff
• Add language that clarifies that the developer is responsible for all culverts, drainage in ROW, and erosion in ROW in a subdivision during the Construction and Maintenance Bond period. This is a clarification only.

WHO CAN ATTEND?
Anyone who lives in Parker County or does business in Parker County can attend and may speak on the topics on the agenda.
