The Yurt is a student run radio station at Hampshire College that is housed in, you guessed it, a yurt. Our goal is to give students a voice in their community and to provide a learning experience for those students who might want to become DJs. We want to offer a wide range of shows to the campus by letting students go for what they are geared towards as far as content while making sure that thei
r shows are produced according to a high quality standard. Shows can range from two guys listening to good tunes or a show dedicated to intense philosophical debate.
