What's keeping you up at night? I'm wondering if you're sleep sensitive like me. I'm also wondering what you are doing to improve your sleep.
Ever find yourself staring at the ceiling at 3 a.m., wishing for some kind of sleep miracle? Yeah, me too. It's been quite a ride figuring out how to master catching the right amount of Zs, but I've stumbled upon some tricks that really make a difference—not just for me but also for the clients I've been working with.
Since I've seen real progress, here's what I decided to do. This week, I'm assembling a small squad of about 10 people for this thing I'm calling the 'Improve Sleep Challenge'. It's basically 90 days of us diving deep into all things sleep, trying out stuff that's worked for me and seeing what sticks for you. We're talking everything from certain vitamins and minerals (yeah, those will need to be bought) to totally free tactics like meditation on Insight Timer.
The plan is to keep an eye on what's helping and tweak things as we go, so by the end, you've got your own go-to sleep routine down pat. I'm keeping the group small on purpose so I can really be there for everyone.
But here's the thing—I'm looking for buddies, a tribe of people, who are really into this. Like, ready to dive in headfirst and give it their all.
