Moby Film Festival is a ground breaking festival in terms of film festivals in Kosovo and would be one if the first of its kind in the region.
MOBY FILM FEST is the first mobile film festival dedicated towards promoting and encouraging mobile film making in Kosova. It will create an online platform for anyone who is interested in submitting their short films that were created only with the use of a mobile phone camera. The festival provides the opportunity to various organizations and individuals to promote their work and creativity.
