Humans love, forgive, worry & carry burdens. 🧳
We carry burdens that aren’t ours to carry. 🙏🏻

I’m slowly learning that there are things beyond my control; and instead of worrying obsessively over them, I throw up my hands and say, “God, this is outside of my control. I trust you to do what’s right.”

There’s a lot going on. Even my therapist says it’s a lot. It’s heavy. I am not made to carry it all. 🏋🏻

I have to learn I can’t control everything.
I can’t plan everything.
I can’t worry about everything.
No one can. Not your doctor, your lawyer, your boss, your family… no one.

All we can do is make one good choice at a time. ☀️

That’s why we need faith. 🕊️✝️🙏🏻🤍

I am so excited to announce that my sister’s 3rd baby is a GIRL 💖
