2/10 realistic Saturday mornings.My daughter loves to cook, but I honestly get bad anxiety because to her she already knows what she’s doing so when you try to help or give feedback she doesn’t take it well, but she’s really good with it. She told me that she wanted me to start recording her for cooking videos, she said she wanted to help kids learn to cook so in the video you will hear me guiding her. To be honest she’s BETTER THAN ME WITH TALKING, I will be stumbling all over my words when the camera is on.Any mom tips on how to support her vision/ goal without having so much anxiety??
They lied when they said Therapy was going to be easy I personally believe that some people don’t go through with therapy because change is HARD AF!!! Therapy isn’t easy at all, but what becomes easier each day is the burden you’ve been carrying all of your life!!!! I cry in each session, but it’s tears of healing I’m drained each session, but my therapist equipped me prior to starting and was 100% honest with me on what to expect and she also made sure that I was equipped with coping skills after.
