🩸The Conspiracy behind ‘Character Assassination’ on Hon. Justice Cyriac Joseph.
( Kerala State Govt Lokayukth Ordinance Issue).

This statement of mine is in response to allegations against Justice Cyriac Joseph, by various TV News Channels.

First of all Iam proud to say that I took the Oath of Enrollment as an Advocate , at the auditorium of Bar Council of Ernakulam, the said oath was administered to us by the chief guest, Justice Cyriac Joseph, Judge of the High Court of Kerala.

Justice Cyriac Joseph belongs to my Knanaya Catholic Community and hence I knew him ever since he was an Advocate, Govt Pleader and as the Additional Advocate General.
On the professional front, I had the opportunity, many times to be present in the court room at the High Court of Kerala were Justice Cyriac Joseph presided.

I recollect one incidence, where I was present at Divisional Bench court room at the High Court of Kerala, which was presided by Justice Cyriac Joseph, were he suddenly interpreted the pleading of the Defendant’s Attorney and said in the open court -(Quote) “I do not know the effects of Alcohol on a person’s brain because I do not use Alcoholic Drinks” .

This one bold statement made in an open court room, which I heard with my own ears, is a living proof of a man’s integrity, honesty and moral principles.

I as a junior Attorney like all other junior Attorneys used to follow the Judgment of all Judges, to learn how they approached Jurisprudence.

From my humble knowledge,
I vouch that all Judgment’s made by Justice Cyriac Joseph were Unbaised, Fair, and was deeply rooted on vast Legal Knowledge.
I know for sure that Justice Cyriac Joseph is a Gentleman and a Scholar.

In Defense of Hon Justice Cyriac Joseph .

This statement of mine is in response to allegations against Justice Cyriac Joseph, by various news channels , WhatsApp messages and FB posts.
