Upgrades are always coming. Most recently is a brand new PhotoBooth printer with better capabilities and faster prints. Always something new.
Wedding season is in full swing and pictures from the last few will be uploaded soon. I know I’m not the greatest at social media, but my priority is always making sure that the events go smoothly and that the bride and groom have the best time possible.
July 4th, 1776, independence was declared by the colonies in the New World, making this a new nation. It’s a great thing to celebrate.
But let’s also remember the soldiers who have fought and given their lives and limbs to help make it free or keep it free. Our troops are often forgotten during the barbecues and fireworks.
Some the explosions actually cause stress and being back memories of terrible experiences. We should always give them our thanks.
PSA: If you're letting your children ride around on gas powered scooters, please remember that they have to be registered with license plates and insurance. A 15 year old with no license just slammed a scooter into my business trailer damaging both. Fortunately he only got a few bruises but his scooter is pretty well done and there's probably going to be an insurance claim on my trailer to make sure that the fender is fixed and the alignment of the rear axle is still ok.
Children left unattended in the office may be given 15 confetti filled balloons, a puppy and 3 cases of Red Bull. 🙂
Remember when you are firing up the grill, sitting my by the pool or just lounging about today, that today isn’t a day to just party. It’s a day to remember those who gave their lives, or lost a limb. It’s Memorial Day and we should make that the priority. Thank you to all our vets, thank you to those who gave some or all. Remember them today, as we should every day.

This is the last week for the The Aberdeen Aqua Addicts Water Ski Team Thursday night show at Dahme Lake. Make sure you're there for an awesome show to wrap up the season.
This past weekend I had the honor of providing sound for a celebration of life. This was for a young woman who passed entirely too soon, ripped from her friends and family in a tragic accident. The stories her friends and family told spoke volumes. She was obvously a wonderful person who could Light up a room. There was a wonderful theme, and I think everyone needs to remember and live by it, LIVE IMMEDIATELY.
On the way to a job site out of town…. Time to stop and wait for the cattle drive.

Our troops, all gave some and some gave all.
They have served here on our homeland, tirelessly doing jobs for an amount of pay most would find beyond degrading. They don't do it for glory, fame or acclaim. They have done the same jobs overseas, on ships with hundreds or thousands of others. They have laid in trenches, foxholes and tents. They have been shot at, blown up, stabbed. They have fought for our most basic rights and to defend others in faraway lands who couldn't defend themselves. They have stood for what is right, time and again.
Some came home with missing limbs and scars, visible and not. They come home hurt and some in boxes showing how much they really were willing to give. Some never came home and are still missing.
They are our Veterans, Prisoners of War and Missing In Action. They are why we celebrate Memorial day, not as a day to just cook out and take a free day off work, but to remember them and thier sacrifices. When you see a vet today, say thank you. Think about somone you know who served, or someone who lost their life in service that you knew. They are gone, but should NEVER be forgotten.
Today Tina Turner passed away at age 83. May she ever keep on rollin’ down the river in Heaven. Her music will last for a very long time. She had tremendous talent.
