Family Adventure in Yeppoon! - Wildlife, Beach, Fishing, & More! 🌴🎣🦀

Our family holiday in Yeppoon was absolutely unforgettable! From stunning beaches to hands-on fishing and crabbing, there was so much to explore—and everything was just a short walk away. The kids had the time of their lives, encountering amazing wildlife like goannas, snakes, and frogs. It was the perfect getaway filled with fun, adventure, and so many memories!

Biggest Mahi Mahi (Dolphin Fish) I have ever caught! 🐟

Fads at the Gold Coast producing the goods as usual pulled in on 20lb main and leader WTF fishing reel and Gomoku rod!🎣

10-minute fight so many different emotions in this one can't believe we landed it!🤯

Family trip up to Bli Bli Fishing Park was incredible! 🚙

The uncut video your about to see is absolute carnage the rain turned on and so did the fish catching monsters on light gear one after the other we were freaking out as you will see! 🤯🌧️

Bli Bli Barra Fishing Park was mental!🤯

If you live in brissy and you’ve always wanted to know what it’s like to catch a Barramundi this place is only 1hr40 up the coast! ☀️

Great for the family highly recommend!🎣

Absolute Monster breambo on the weekend going 42cm to the tip of the tail! 🐟🤯

We definetly didn’t throw bream out there when guessing what it was in middle of the fight thought it was anything but! 😅

Weekend away and didn’t take any fishing gear!🛬

I had the itch so i went to Kmart and bought a $13 rod and reel combo, $20tackle box and a knife🛒

Stopped in at a shell servo grabbed some mullet and a V⛽️⚡️

The rest is history 🎣🤯

Port of Brisbane Snapper bycatch on a live prawn last night chasing Threadfin Salmon!🦐🐟

We didn’t manage to get any Thready’s over 65cm unfortunately but still better than catfish to pass the time!🎣

Weather couldn't stop us 🌧️ rolled the dice 🎲 and it paid off.
🦀

Plenty of crabs in this one but nothing worth bragging about until you get to the 16th minute of the vid FastForward if you wish to see the main event.⏩

If you're in it for the long haul in this one there were plenty of interesting finds inside logs, trees, holes you name it they were in there! I should have quit when I was ahead and went home unscathed after I pulled the Big Buck out but no, I just had to keep going and got nipped by a little fella. 🦀🤦‍♂️
