Let us hear your voice and you can win the opportunity to sing the National Anthem in front of 3,000+ people at the Poway Rodeo, along with a gift card to Kaminski's Sports Lounge and BBQ. Poway Rodeo and Kaminski's BBQ are holding a contest to choose the top people to sing the National Anthem at the Poway Rodeo. There will be two categories of competition:

- OPEN: Any age participation
- 15 & U

nder: Must be 15 or under

The contest will be held on four consecutive Friday nights beginning August 28th at 9:00PM. The first three Friday nights are qualifying rounds where the contestants will sing one song of their choice:

- Friday, August 28th (Qualifying Round)
- Friday, September 4th (Qualifying Round)
- Friday, September 11th (Qualifying Round)
- FINALE on Friday, September 18th

There will be two finalists chosen from each category each of the qualifying nights that will participate in the finale on Friday, September 18th where they will sing one live song and will be required to submit a live version of the National Anthem acapela. Poway Rodeo has three performances – Friday, September 25th at 7:30PM, and Saturday, September 26th at 1:00PM and 7:30PM. First Place will sing on Saturday night; Second Place will sing Friday night; and winner of the 15 & under category will sing on Saturday afternoon.
