First workout back after an awesome vacay…and it was rough.
So boom, took a trip to Minneapolis with to see the Queen herself . Hands down the best concert I have ever been to besides . We made some friends, I cried during “Break My Soul” (it was my mom’s favorite song off the album, and saw Blue Ivy cut up. If you don’t have tickets to the concert, GET SOME!
Then after my time in Minneapolis, I flew down to see my sister . I got to go to my favorite bookstore in the world , see my dear Uncle Ronald, and just hang out with my sister. There are not enough words I. The English language to describe how much I needed that time with my sister.
Now I’m back home and getting back to it. This workout I used my new dumbbell attachments and cables grips by and respectively. THIS IS NOT A SPONSORED POST. Just making y’all aware of some great gear that you may want to add to your workout. My forearms and hands are completely FRIED!!! They have never aches and burned this much in my life but it’s a good burn. I think I’ll alternate each week when I use these grips in an effort not to decimate my hands and forearms. I still need them for work and school.
