Completed this luxury bathroom remodel which nearly doubled in size including a 4x4 shower of floor to ceiling tile and a custom created niche to hold all the shower necessities.

Finishing touches include Travertine thresholds along the edges of the shower and 8” gold bars on the ceiling used to mimic the satin gold fixtures in the bathroom.

The installation of a Schluter Systems Ditra-heated floor was the icing on the cake to complete this remodel.

Painted ceilings and walls in this living room, stairway and hall.

Went from satin finish white to eggshell finish Heather Gray (top color) and Moonshine Gray (bottom color) for the hall and stairway.

Moonshine Gray for the living room (also swapped out the pendulum light and installed a track light in its place)

Getting ready to freshen this pergola…

Giving a face lift to this cedar pergola...including sanding, repairing pegs and power washing. Once it's dry it'll get a coat of primer and we'll finish it with solid stain.

Demo and renovation of bathroom in 150yr old home. Framed the new shower in, installed shower pan, and wonder board, waterproofed wonder board, framed in niche for shampoo,etc.
Floor to ceiling tile installation in the shower..using 3 different sized tiles per customer specifications.
Bathroom floor also tiled to match shower wall.

Assessing the stability of the deck prior to demo determined one of the sonotubes was not below the frost line (to code) so it was removed and replaced. Pressure treated deck tear down and rebuild with Trex. AnthonyJohnNiro

Bottom photo top color is a historical Shaker beige which was carried in to the kitchen / bottom is Cranberry… and we installed the chair rail.

Recently completed bathroom renovation:
Removed old fiberglass one-piece shower, down to studs and replaced with fully tiled, floor to ceiling ceramic and marble tile.
Removed existing vanity and countertop and replaced with maple vanity, granite countertop and under-mount sink.
Installed new exhaust vent & light and painted ceiling, walls and woodwork.
