The first article is about how social emotional learning is hurting children. De Gree explains how the shift from education to mental health and emotional management in our public schools is making our children unnaturally fragile.

His second article delves into how the corporate world has leaned into diversity, equity and inclusion and how identity politics is bad for business but good for management (control structures).
