It’s so easy to get caught up in the doing of all the things that your soul loses sight of the reason why you’re doing all the things in the first place.

Is all “the doing” going to add to the vibrational uplifting of society today?

OR

Is it adding to vibrational tension that becomes us and expresses itself in a variety of ways like:

👉🏾 unconsciously guiding us to cut each other off on the road,

👉🏽 scarfing fast food down our throats to get to the next destination on time,

👉🏻 or taking a couple of shots of tequila to make it through a mid-morning mtg and and so on?

Do you TRUST yourself enough to MANIFEST the life and business of your dreams?

What you say you want and desire, do you create sacred space to dive in?

Yesterday I was an invited guest of Confluence Circles by Seizing Happy founder, GiGi Diaz. Confluence Circles are intentional gatherings for to break bread, connect, receive just as much as we give and get to know the powerhouse woman behind the powerhouse brand.

January’s Circle was sponsored by the most amazing Paradise Picnics and Playa Bowls Coral Gables. Together the two created a perfect Sunday and with the girls over and decadent .

GiGi designed some of the most soul connecting questions to help us connect at a deeper level. One of the questions asked was do you think success is more about task oriented steps or alignment?

The answer that came out of my mouth astounded me.

I responded to this question as follows:

“After 10 yrs or more in entrepreneurship, consulting with other female entrepreneurs, I think success sits on the brink of you trusting yourself. The more women trust themselves, the more successful I see them become.”

I want you to plunge into action on just one thing that has been burning inside of you to do, but you haven’t felt prepared enough to do it.

Move blindly into action and trust that the CALL would not steer you wrong; that you’ve got everything you need built into the seed of you that is that idea.

My Job Almost Killed Me

A couple of weeks ago Sara Elysee, Founder of SoundMind Wellness made a post with the hook line reading, "My job almost killed me."

I keep seeing these kind of posts pop up across social media platforms from professionals across industries. I thought this would be an interesting topic to unpack and gain perspective on. Some days I don't have access to all the ingredients or a bunch of time. I'll just focus on the nutrition I want to receive, and next thing ya' know, I find myself putting together something tasty.

I knew I wanted it to be juicy and green with no added sugar or meat. This is what I came up with...

A spinach & arugula, mango, strawberry and walnut salad. Dressing: olive oil and celtic sea salt. It took 10 mins to make because I wanted the mango and 🍓 chopped.

I'm looking fwd to discussing the food growing process + our relationship to food with our featured chef next week.
