SWNA and the DC Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster are in the midst of a Winter Clothing Drive for migrant families in the District. The last day of the drive is Saturday, December 7th. Only winter hats, scarves, sweaters, coats are being accepted at the SWNA table at the SW Farmers Market. The drive is being done in collaboration with SAMU First Response the main nonprofit that has been providing care to migrants for several years.
