INEC National Commissioner Imo State, Mr Kenneth Ukeagu, please do not yield to the pressure being mounted on you by the APC agents in Imo State to insert supplementary election in Isu LGA Imo State.

The Constitution, electoral act 2022 and the guidelines of the electoral umpire is very obvious on matters concerning Isu State Constituency election held on 18th March 2023. We are also also aware of the Constitutional process of supplementary Election which must be judiciously followed by INEC. This includes giving 14 days notice to Parties involved, publishing the affected areas in national gazette and publishing same in INEC portal. In the absence of the above, any other form of supplementary is deemed illegal pronounces the Electoral umpire as a dependent institution.

It was obvious that deadly thugs disrupted the process in 4 polling units in Isu LGA.
The INEC guidelines states that there will be no repeat of polls where thugs disrupted. This stand was reiterated on a publication in "The Nation" on March 20th, 2023. Therefore INEC should not go back to her vomit but rather restore her image before Ndi-Isu, Imolites, Nigerians and the international Community.

Please Sir, uphold the integrity of the electoral umpire by declaring the authentic winner of March 18th 2023 IMHA elections in Isu State Constituency.

From the INEC IREV, it is obvious and glaring that the PDP Candidate, Hon. Modestus Abiazie Osakwe won the election with 5551.

Sir, let justice be done to Isu State Constituency election result and posterity will be so kind to you for doing the right thing.

Help us and calm the tension in Isu LGA by declaring the authentic winner.
ISU land will bless you abundantly for sticking to honesty, integrity, transparency and your name will be carved in Gold.

Credible intelligence shows that the Returning Officer(RO) for Imo State House of Assembly for Isu State Constituency, Engr. Dr. Nnamdi C. Iheaturu has finally yielded to the intimidation of the Police by signing some false document for Imo APC.

Sources say that this falsified document is required by an INEC NATIONAL COMMISSIONER in Abuja to back their illegal attempt to insert ISU LGA into the list for supplementary elections.

Recall that in Imo State, ONLY Ahiazu Mbaise, Imo State was in the INEC authentic list released and published by the commission on 31st March on both its website and social media handle pages for HOA supplementary election scheduled for 15th April,2023

After several invitations, arrests and threats to Engr Dr N.C. Iheaturu, it was gathered that he signed the document under duress.

Therefore, the inclusion of Isu LGA State Constituency for any supplementary election is in total violation of the Electoral Act, 2022 as Amended and will not stand. It is totally rejected by Isu people and Imo PDP.
