Chipworm

Chipworm A physical/digital zine about chipmusic printed and distributed in the NW by a girl in love with bee Chip music woke me up. So, hey, what's up?

I was introduced to chip music relatively recently, back in October 2011 at one of Portland's Dataport shows. Maybe it just reminded me of my Sega Genesis tucked up in my bedroom, or of the copy of Super Mario World in the kiddie room of my folks' gym back in the '90s - but I think it was something different, something bigger. I'm pretty sure this is the only zine dedicated to chipmusic in the Nor

thwest, and definitely the only one written by someone who doesn't make it. It's all I can think about, and I want to tell you about it - all the time. And so do a lot of my friends, so you may hear from them every once in a while, too.
