Lu taught me some dance moves this morning
My daughter took my phone and this is becoming a habit of hers
I made a video about my garden just for fun and to show off my beautiful blooming flowers
We took a walk to a "Litter Tunnel"
So proud to live in Our little town of Eau Gallie. I fell in love with this town the first time I went to a classic style art festival. It reminded me of my home town of Olympia, Washington.
I was skeptical that our town would ever let the Anti Gravity Project come about. Even when I heard that we’d had approval on 19 murals I thought for sure some fuddy duddy would ruin it before it happened.
Shout out to Derek Gores Gallery / Aqua Editions and Lisa Packard from EGAD.MainStreet for pushing this through and making this happen.
Proud as hell that Next Level Digital Marketing is a sponsor and super jazzed that Fanakapan is doing OUR wall!
Check out this article in Florida today about it

Monday's Minute: The Importance of Platform-Specific Content
There's something that I've been seeing a lot of lately and I wanted to talk about it in this Monday's Minute.
A bit of tough love for you guys...but it's for the best.
The SmoothBear Fam has new digs!
Our family has always dreamt of the day that we’d get to become homeowners. The timing has never been quite right until now!
First of all, thank you to Shane Burgman-Not Just a Realtor for showing us what it’s like to have the Carpenter / Kessel Homeselling Team behind our first home. I HIGHLY recommend Shane and anyone he recommends. He is direct and I never felt like he was trying to sell us or take advantage of our inexperience buying homes.
Second of all we definitely want to thank Shelley Culp, PrimeLending NMLS# 450382 and Kit Fisher from Prime-One Insurance.
We had like, a thousand questions and those two could not of been more patient. They also helped us find the best mortgage and insurance we could of ever asked for.
Lastly, thank you to all of our family and friends and coworkers who have helped us complete this process. Buying a home is hella complicated and we’ve had a ton of great advice and help.
All in all we are super proud to be homeowners. Proud of ourselves and proud to finally put down some roots.
