Hostess Konscious Khai is a 4th generation worker in Social Services. At the age of 19 she began direct marketing for a Financial & Insurance Company. That same year, during her 3rd year of College, she accepted an offer as a Case Manager. From there she worked with several Independent, Non-profit Organizations in the cities of Los Angeles & Compton. After several years in the field, she realized financing was the major issue on her case loads. Khai left briefly to work for Ameriquest & several Mortgage Brokers in Southern California. Here is where she gained knowledge of the lending process as a Loan Originator. With a passion for the community, it was clear to go out on her own & finish what she started. She purchased a house & got licensed for a co-ed Foster home, to take in teenagers & stop sibling separation. 2½ years later she opened a Childcare facility & a Food Bank. While relocating her facility, Khai was hospitalized by 2 sheriff deputies in Inglewood, CA. Already an advocate, with an interest in law, she fought her own case. Khai has started another chapter in her life, thru her newest company, that informs the public of Systemic Abuse & Common Law. Her latest seminars where focused on the Divine & Nationality, & the role they play in Commerce.
