MT SHORTS, the brain child of Sarah Ellis and Greg Kamp, is a creative platform where musical theatre and short film meet, forging a new medium of storytelling. With a mission to bring the voices of an emerging generation of composers to screen, we fuse together original mini musicals with fully realized video production to create MT SHORTS.
At it's core, MT Shorts seeks to provide a platform for new composers to hone their craft and explore, giving them experience writing for a new medium of storytelling and the luxury of a digital platform with an unlimited amount of viewership. We bring fresh creatives to a table that is otherwise set for a select few, giving them tools to create, collaborate, and connect with the film community, maintaining musical theatre's legacy and, at the same time, pushing the form forward.

With extensive experience as performers and creators in award-winning productions onstage and onscreen, they are committed to building community by creating a platform that encourages and fosters fresh talent and compelling storytelling.
