For my final shout out before Tether premieres, I want to talk about my best friend, Andrew Hull, who plays Matthew in Tether. I've known Andrew for nearly 8 years, and in that time we've gone on numerous adventures, created many films, and planned more than a lifetime's worth of other films. Andrew pushed me hard when I felt like Tether would never become a reality, and he helped bring my script to life on screen. Here's to many more films, and many more goofy pictures like this, Andrew.

We're just 2 days away from the premiere of Tether, which means just 2 more shout outs. Today, I want to shout out Kate Coffelt, who plays Jennifer in Tether. I first met Kate when she auditioned for the role, and she has since become one of my dearest friends. She put everything she had into this role, and has been a wonderful friend and colleague. This year, she won the Best Actress award for her role in my film Starting From Scratch at the 52 Film Fest. I look forward to many more films with her, and many more years of friendship.

Today I want to give a shout out to August Aguilar. August has been a big supporter of my work since we met at a film festival in 2017. We've worked on several projects together, and he helped nurture Tether when it was just an idea, and has continued to support the film to this day. August is a great friend and a talented professional who has created a great community through Strange Films.

Shout out to Gage Lippi, who composed the score for Tether. Gage delivered a fantastic score, and was a joy to work with. His score brings Tether from a middling drama to compelling tear-jerker.

Shout out to Kyle Gilbert, who ran audio on Tether. Kyle worked tirelessly to make sure we captured clean dialog and sound for the film. He worked hard to balance 2 lavaliere mics and a boom, alongside dealing with noise. Bless his arms for holding up that boom pole for hours while we did endless takes of nonstop dialog. Thank you Kyle for (literally) giving Tether a voice!

In the days leading up to Tether's premiere, I would like to highlight some of the people that helped bring Tether from the script to the screen.

Today, I want to give a shout out to Blake Hall. Blake has been a huge supporter of me from the day we met, and has helped me every step of the way to bring Tether to life. On set, Blake was a jack of all trades, moving lights, setting up props, and even running out to get supplies. Blake is a passionate creative, and an incredible friend.

Starting From Scratch, my newest film that I made with my team (Dachshund Duck) for the 52 Film Fest. We didn't get much sleep, but we made a fun film, and our actress Kate Coffelt won the best actress award.
