I'm extremely proud and honored to be a part of this amazing project. Working with talented Sean Forbes WAWA's World and Boca J Music (with his guitar) performing in front of my Sony FX9 at least 100 takes for different angles on hot humid days at several locations in Barbados, they were cool as cucumbers. Even Joy Nightengale did amazing in "Come Down to Barbados." We got Audiovisability making this project possible and ensuring that we stay hydrated throughout the 3 days of filming nonstop (of course, we took breaks to sleep in our AC rooms). I'm also grateful for having a solid production team making all these video shoots smooth as possible, so shout out to Audio Labb Studios, Greenspeedz, , D SCOPE, and Lionel.

With all the footage that we shot, it was so much fun editing them together using my intuition as a deaf man with the speakers blasting on repeat in my office in Michigan. I'm pretty the ceiling lights in the cafe below my office were rattling. (Sorry folks, but gotta do what I gotta do!) Each video was cut with care and precision into what you see as the final edits due to many polishing through the team's feedback. It was such an amazing journey and I'll do it again in a heartbeat, but only if I can bring my family.

Now that "One Day" has been released, I can't tell you how much work has gone into creating this powerful video. The process of developing the concept for "One Day", was done through a collaborative effort from an amazing team such as Audiovisability, Sean Forbes, WAWA's World, Boca J Music, Audio Labb Studios, and so many more talented people. It was a very long process but so rewarding.

From the video production standpoint, we spent a day looking for locations that fit the vision of the song and then we went home to the USA to develop a production plan to film this. This took nearly half a year due to locking down the precise timing to plan out the events. I was especially concerned about the unpredictability of the weather in Barbados. There were a lot of backup plans because you just never know.

On the day of the shoot, we came upon the first location only to discover that it was under construction. I remember telling myself to calm down and something will fall into place. Miraculously, we ended up using the nearby location that you see in the video. That location was way better than we ever imagined. Then we filmed the kids at their school and I can't tell you how cool it was to see Sean and Wawa directing the kids behind the camera. Next, we filmed them having fun at the playground. Before there wasn't any swing so we got the ropes and a spare piece of wood. The guys in our film team, Greenspeedz D SCOPE and Lionel set them up beautifully. Sheer joy as we watched the kids swinging to get their feet toward the blue sky. It was a wonderful day that I won't forget.

Later on, in my office preparing to edit all this footage, I let my intuition take over and unfold what you see in this video. It took a lot out of me and I hope you enjoy watching it. Please share as much as you can for as long as you can.
