Well the noodle is aight, quite nice, can be a lil bit more chewy.
The soup tho... damn.. it is the thiccckest ramen soup available throughout the city! Probably one of the best authentic ramen here too (not sure if it's a sad thing or not)..

I would rate this dish 8.5/10.
I mean it better be nice since it is quite pricey (price is on the last pic)
What to improve?
The flavor is quite lacking as it seems not seasoned enough, maybe more of the tare or seasoning would be great.
The chashu is quite thin for the price..
