New Horizon Independant Filmmakers' Festival the first international festival of independent filmmakers in Tehran ( IRAN )

Considering the recent world events and the growing development of independent filmmaking, the first international festival of independent filmmakers will be held on September 1st, 2012. Titled "New Horizon", the festival will focus on social and political issues addressed over the recent global changes and the expansive wave of awakening throughout America, Europe and Islamic countries.
