One of my favorite pictures ever! Backstory: We went to see a friend play at a tavern out of town. Jamie and I were dancing to the band playing Tom Petty tunes. This kind gentleman comes up and says "I just want to say you guys are fkn awesome! I lost my wife 2 weeks ago. It makes me so happy seeing you both just loving life!"
We never know how much time we have but I know I'm not wasting it and loving every second i have ❤️🤲🏻

“Beep..beep..beep I can hear beeping and voices in the room. I feel so tired. But I’m able to open my eyes. I see what looks like surgeons standing over top of me. They are doing something with my neck. One of them notices I’m awake. The beeping fades as I fall back asleep.”
