I’m so deeply involved in my studies of the scripture and daily time with Him. I haven’t been posting on this page but my heart is focused on Him as my relationship with Him grows stronger than I ever imagined! I love you all. Prayers over each of you. Started the Bible Recap reading plan yesterday

1. God, give me wisdom, knowledge, and understanding.
2. God, let any knowledge I gain serve to help me love You and others more, and not puff me up.
3. God, help me see something new about You I've never seen before.
4. God, correct any lies I believe about You or anything I misunderstand.
5. God, direct my steps according to Your Word.

For 20 years I wrote Christian Devotionals – Speak Through Me Ministries (email ministry, newspaper, this page, and even was on the radio multiple times). I wrote “feel good“ devotionals and would find a scripture I presumed would back up how I felt. It made me feel good, it made the readers feel good. But in reality the devotional and the scripture didn’t always go together. Scripture was taken out of context to get out of it what I wanted.

NOW I am truly learning God’s Word – doing a deep dive! Learning the Bible for what it is – God’s Story of Redemption – redeeming His people for His Glory.

I’m no longer looking to scripture to fulfill “my needs”, but looking to scripture to know Him more. The more I know about Him, the closer my relationship is to Him (Father, Son, Holy Spirit), and the more I know Him personally.

This page will take a revamp! I've deleted all my old devotionals from this page. I will start sharing some of the Bible Studies I am doing. If anyone still reads this page, I would love your input as I do the studies. Lets learn God’s Word together and continue to grow closer to Him.
