Nunca virei a cara à luta e nunca desisti desse sonho.
Infelizmente, ontem o sonho acabou.

NEW: Oxford mathematical model predicts route to the men's FIFA World Cup ⚽️🏆
The model - created by Oxford Mathematics researcher Joshua Bull - forecasts:
🏴 Wales to go out in the group stages
🏴 England to lose in the quarter-final
🇦🇷 Argentina vs Brazil in the semi-final
🇧🇷 Brazil to beat Belgium in the final
The model simulated the group stages one million times and took the most common outcomes.
The algorithm then simulated each knockout game 100,000 times.
The model has been created by analysing team rating data from http://eloratings.net, focusing on every first-team international game since 2018.
In this video, Joshua explains the model: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KjISuZ5o06Q

At least 154 people have been killed in a chaotic stampede in South Korea’s capital, Seoul after a huge unorganized group of individuals swarmed a narrow street during Halloween celebrations. The victims were mostly women and young people in their 20s. It was the first Halloween event in Seoul in three years, following the lifting of COVID-19 restrictions and social distancing. Many of the attendees were dressed up in masks and Halloween costumes. According to the local media, the incident occurred around 10 p.m. local time (13:00 GMT) when a large crowd flooded a narrow alley near the Hamilton Hotel. At least 132 other people have been reported injured, with 37 in critical condition, and the death toll is expected to rise further. According to Reuters, the foreign ministry says 26 foreign nationals were killed. They included people from Iran, Uzbekistan, China, and Norway. South Korean Prime Minister Han Duck-soo announced a thorough investigation into the stampede in what has become the country’s worst disaster in years. Footage on social media showed multiple people, both rescue personnel & private citizens, performing CPR on people scattered in the street. Several videos showed dozens of people draped in blue plastic sheets on the side of the road. South Korean president Yoon-suk-yeol has declared a national mourning period today. Messi leaves Barcelona in tears. “These recent days, I’ve been giving lots of thought about what I could say, and the truth is that I can’t think of anything. This is really difficult for me after so many years, being here my entire life, I’m not ready for this and honestly last year with all the nonsense, I was convinced I knew what I wanted to say but this year is not the same. I’ve been here so many years, my entire life since I was 13. After 21 years, I’m leaving with my wife, my three little Catalan-Argentine kids, and I can’t tell you we won’t come back because this is my home, and I promised my children that. I tried to behave with humility and respect, and I hope that is what remains of me when I leave the club. As long as I go on being competitive and as long as my body responds [I’ll carry on playing],” he added. “As long as I can, I will carry on competing. My contract was never the issue … what I know is that I did everything I could. The club say it could not happen because of La Liga. I can guarantee you that I did everything I could to stay.” #Football #Messi #LionelMessi #Barcelona #LaLiga
