Let me say this, I know we speak about women hitting the dreaded wall as it relates to their looks and viability in the market. Here's the other side, as men we absolutely hit the wall as well. We aren't nearly judged to the degree women are but we ARE NOT immune to the aging process.

Gentlemen it's important that we keep ourselves up to the best of our abilities. Just because we're judge differently as it relates to our looks, it doesn't mean that we aren't judged. As a man, make sure you are watching your diet and getting regular exercise, even if it's just going for walks. If you can't go to the gym on a regular basis, by a 25 lb dumbbell then knock out some curls everyday. Do 5 minutes of planks a day. Just do something to keep your body engaged.

Make sure your clothes fit properly where they aren't too baggy or too tight 🫤. Stop trying to desperately hang on to your youth and your hair or hairline. Styles you wore 20 years ago won't work for you today. There's a way to age gracefully without looking silly or desperate in the process. If you have acquired a belly over the years, make sure you wear clothes that don't accentuate it like high leggings on a pregnant woman.

Ladies, it's your job to make sure we don't leave the house looking ridiculous. You have to be our eyes and our ears when our own eyes and ears fail us.

Nonetheless, salute to Jay Holiday for continuing to exercise and practice his craft. It's a blessing when you're still able to earn a living doing what you love to do especially as you get older.

Stop Blaming Men

Women are a lot more critical of a woman's appearance than men will ever be. Men are not that complicated. When we go out, as long as you look good, smell good, present well, and you're relatively attractive, we're good.

Women unfortunately are the ones that are harsh and overly critical of each other which ultimately causes depression and anxiety which drives them to spend money to impress THE MEAN 😡 GIRLS club. This is an example of TOXIC femininity (The opposite of toxic masculinity). Please stop blaming men for your insecurities.

"Maybe I'm The Problem."

At what point do you look back and self-reflect & begin asking the hard questions about your outcomes and how you have arrived there? Tracy Edmonds has had access to more high value, high profile, ultra wealthy Black men than 99% of the female population. For reasons that we do not know, she has managed to be UNSUCCESSFUL with all three of them.

Conventional wisdom will tell us that it is all three of these men's fault as to why she couldn't sustain any of these relationships. At some point our logical mind has to kick in and recognize what is the common denominator in all three of these relationships/marriages is. By no means is this to come down on Tracy Edmonds, rather it is designed to provoke the idea of introspection and accountability. "Maybe it's me, maybe I'm the problem." Your life doesn't get better until you get better. No matter where you go, there you are with all of your issues, just in a different setting or relationship.

Last, it should be noted to every man that it is a massive red flag if a woman still carries the name and the badge of one of her ex-husbands. I don't know why women think this is a good idea, but trust and believe it's not. When you have the last name of another man who you use to belong to, that immediately lowers your value as a woman. It's like having a tramp stamp on your backside with another man's name on it. That just throws off the new man's vibe to some degree.

Aside from children, most men do not want an everyday reminder of a woman's past in his face. It shows that she is still attached to him in some form or fashion. Nonetheless, hopefully this will provoke someone to do some self-reflection on their own life as it relates to their unsuccessful outcomes.

First Blac Chyna emphatically states that she has negatively influenced young women to make poor choices and now Fat Joe admits that he has lied in 95% of his songs. He did not go far enough and hold himself accountable for influencing scores of young men following his lead and living the criminal lifestyle that he portrayed in 95% of his songs. How many young men are sitting in prison right now because they believed what some rapper claimed he lived on his records? How many families have been hurt because some young kid thought he was going to live the lifestyle that his favorite rapper supposedly lived on his records?

Although we applaud Fat Joe for confessing that he lied to his listening audience, he did not go far enough to hold himself accountable. Part of being a man is owning your 💩. I hope more rappers come out and fess up to the public and report themselves as liars and actors on record. This can save lives if it's done responsibly.

This is interesting.😳 What was Ashanti supposed to do in this predicament? At 43 years old, her window for becoming a mother is closing rapidly. The chances of her getting the type of man that she believes she deserves is also diminishing. Nelly is the last train leaving the station. Most 40 plus year old men aren't interested in building with a 43+ year old woman. Those men (especially the ones she's interested in) are typically looking for younger women. Although she has s*xual access to men of all ages, she doesn't have access to the provision of the men she's more likely interested in. Again, Nelly is probably the last train leaving the station. Just ask Lala Anthony.

Although I typically don't endorse the baby momma route, I understand this move on her part. Let this be a lesson to younger women. It's important that you prioritize relationships, relationship skills, marriage, and family planning early in your life so you don't find yourself in the position like Ashanti scrambling to be a mother at 43 years old. Respect father time because he is real and unforgiving. As a woman, your value depreciates as you get older as it relates to the wife and marriage market. Black may not crack but your eggs sure will. We didn't say it becomes impossible, but it does become more difficult to find love and stability as you age. Nonetheless congratulations to them both and we wish them and their new baby all the best.

Gentleman this is another excellent strategy that you should use when vetting a new woman that you might be interested in. At some point you should discuss her previous relationships or marriages. Ask her what went wrong that cause the split. 99.9% of the time She will tell you it was the man's fault. Let her explain herself and then casually ask her what role did she play in the demise of the relationship and what could have she done better that may have saved the relationship.

If she says or alludes to "nothing", I advise that you have your fun and then move on. This is a woman who has not grown, matured, self-reflected, or learned anything from her previous relationship. The same mistakes and issues that she made with previous men, she's GUARANTEED to make those same mistakes with you and then BLAME YOU for her issues. A person cannot fix what they refuse to acknowledge is broken. Spot these red flags EARLY, and move on. Thank me later. I promise you this will save you time, money, and heartache.

One of the worst things that you can do is back slide to a person who devalued you, disrespected you, bet against you, and ultimately thought they could do better than you. This is common amongst many women who thought the grass was greener on the other side, all to find out that men were no longer interested in them to the degree they thought they would be.

For the average woman, the odds of you stepping back into the market post 40 years old with children and finding a man to invest in you the way that your ex-husband did becomes increasingly more challenging with age. This isn't a call for any woman to stay in a toxic or abusive relationship, this is a call for women to really think it through if you're considering divorcing your husband who is a good man but you happen to be going through a rough patch with.

How To Test a Woman's Femininity:

Just because a woman knows how to put on a dress, do her makeup and hair, it does not mean she's a feminine woman. There are a lot of masculine women who try their best to pretend to be feminine, but the truth always comes out. Here is a quick way to test her femininity.

When she argues with you does she maintain her femininity or does she argue like a dude? This is one of the best indicators of a woman's femininity. When she argues with you, does she pound her fist in her palm the angrier she gets? Does she clap her hands after every word in anger? Does she use profanity like a man? Observe her body language, her shoulders in particular, and see if she starts to become more masculine in her disposition?

Anger is like truth serum. The truth comes out of people's mouths when they are angry and the truth comes out in the type of energy they exude. It's hard for masculine women to conceal their masculine energy when they are truly angry.

Authentically feminine women NEVER argue like a dude when angered no more than truly masculine men suddenly turn effeminate or sassy during an argument. It just doesn't happen. If a woman suddenly turns masculine and argues like a dude when she gets upset, consider that a massive red flag because that's who she really is. You're not dealing with a truly feminine woman at that point. You're dealing with a masculine woman pretending to be something she's not. Don't fall for it.
