In 2020 CE transitioned to a news aggregate and analysis channel reviewing the constitutional compliance genre in general.

CE was inspired by channels like Surveillance Cameraman, ONUS News Service, Oath Accountability Project, Shawn Thomas, Honor Your Oath: Civil Rights Investigations, Lee’s Channel, Rogue Reflections, and others.
