Hopeful Sarah is a teen rated Tv series about a young girl that has a learning disability name Sarah Smith her family Samantha Smith ( Mom ), David Smith ( Dad ), Hannah Smith ( Big sister ), Brandyn Smith ( Little brother ), Anna Jones ( Aunt and Big sister of Samantha Smith ), Paul Jones ( Cousin ), Steve Jones ( Cousin ). d Middle School. Most of Sarah Smith whole life she has struggled with her learning disability, at first it was development delay so she was put in programs to help Sarah to improve and catch up with the other children then it was realized by a teacher at her old school that it is not a development delay she has a learning disability, Sarah then placed into class for children with learning behavior and learning disabilities. Roberts's class what she was doing to her students letting her students play games most of the day, watch tv, students couldn't drink the milk of their choice but only on Friday, she sat at her desk on the computer and yell at her students for no reasons. When students did learn spelling words were below grade level and sometimes high-grade level, math was barely learned when learn it was below grade level when it should have already taught. Samantha and David believed it was Sarah's learning disability because Mrs. Roberts told them she is learning very slowly but really it was her who wasn't doing her job. When Sarah enter into middle school she was put into a regular class when she was supposed to be in special resources for children with behavior problems and learning disabilities, somehow Mrs. Roberts mark Sarah okay to be moved into a regular class which her parents didn't even know that was being done.
