I am in LOVE with these minimalist Gold Safety Pin Earrings! I wear these earrings almost every day. They remind me subtly of my buzzed head, JNCO jeans, spike bracelets, and safety pin necklace wearing punk days. I know it’s hard to picture now, but I went through a phase in middle school. Didn’t we all?!

I went with Style: 01 Minimalist Pin-Gold. I think it’s really subtle and fun. I wear them to work all the time and it’s just a subtle reminder of how far I’ve come and not to take myself too seriously.

Kitty Cat in the window. I have been working on my creativity. It's part of me going outside my norm and finding myself again. Art with Flo is an amazing artist with a YouTube channel. She has step-by-step tutorials for Procreate. I stream it on my TV and pause it every once in a while if I need to take more time to accomplish what she does. I'm still learning so I'm a little slow. But it's a lot of fun and I highly recommend giving her a look.

10/10 would recommend!
I used this recipe to make this Sriracha Pork Chop with Jasmine Rice and Sugar Snap Peas. It's so easy I am glad I made it on a week when I didn't get the box. Also, this recipe goes from Dinner 2 Lunch which is a pork Bahn Mi Sandwich. It was such good use of ingredients and time. I am really impressed.

I had to find a recipe for the Thai Seasoning so it took me a while to scour the internet but I think I found it.
