We hope this unique publication inspires you by what is happening in our local art community. Peruse the pages and savor what you see. From poetry to painting, sculpture to photography, fiber arts to metal work, architecture to graffiti – you’ll see basically anything from which someone’s creativity and effort has resulted in visually compelling work. The intent of Pure Uncut Candy is to champion

and celebrate our local artists and provide an outlet for their voice. Free from editorial, you are allowed to enjoy inspiration and celebrate a moment of CANDY. Ingredients: Featured Candy (an interview with a local artist by a local guest writer), Social Candy (photographs taken at art events around town), Calendar (list of upcoming art events), Found Candy (art found in public spaces sent in by readers), Call to Artists (three month long promotions sponsored by local businesses, placing local art in new spaces).
