Keepers of the Fire is a mens collective consisting of the musical artists Poranguí, Amani Friend (of Liquid Bloom and Desert Dwellers), Shaman’s Dream, Evan Fraser and David Satori of Dirtwire, Biko Casini (Rising Appalachia), Vir McCoy (Dogon Lights, Hamsa Lila), Joss Jaffe & Bloomurian.
From ancient drums to future-bass, to folktronica and world music, in acoustic and electronic forms, this album creates a rich sonic tapestry. This score is a meditation on trust, friendship, nourishment, accountability, growth, regeneration, and healing.
