Finally made a visit out to distillery in Driftwood 🌵 If you haven’t been here before, keep reading why you should!
distills Texas Sotol. It’s a smooth spirit and slightly reminds me of mezcal, but lighter and with a more earthy flavor profile
If you’re looking for a short day trip outside of Austin, head out to the hill country and spend a nice afternoon at this adorable distillery. Sip on sotol, munch on some delicious food from and enjoy the vibes ☀️
What am I more obsessed with at ? The pizza, fried artichoke hearts, or the ceramic rats holding the table light? 🤔

Tbh, I barely let myself rest during June. It was go go go in both my personal and professional life. I can feel myself inching towards a burn out point and this month I’m going to do my best to really listen to my mind & body and try to slow down 😅

What I love about this coffee shop is how much outdoor seating there is. They also host tons of events on their patio, so there’s always something poppin here 💕
