Quick and easy Indian dishes ! Meals you will love.
Watching pooris puff when fried. Classic Indian bread.
To make pooris:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup or little more boiling water
1/8 cup oilAll these
Combine all until you get a soft dough. Don’t over kneed. You may need to add more water or flour.
Cover dough with a wet paper towel and let rest for at least 30 min.
Once ready, roll out to 2mm thick.
Fry in hot oil. Enjoy with Indian food!
Cleaning lounge chairs. 🙌 nothing like letting your children help do things in the house. I’ve always been against calling things chores because they sounds like burdens. Instead, we call them “house fixings”. If the kids want a mop to clean, we give them a mop, or they want the towels to wipe, we give that too. They’re not forced, but they learn all the cleaning that goes on to keep the house running is a family affair.
