The the association came about when one of the students (Vussy Dube) was asked by his mother why his school didn't have a year book, and for lack of an answer to such an unexpected question, an idea was formed. Today that idea is growing into an online version of the yearbook. However at a later stage we promise to bring a hard copy to our college, this is a join venture between both campuses and
therefore, all students regardless of their Level may participate. As of this moment, there are PDP's (Photography at BIC JHB / Yearbook Club at BIC PTA) that are contributing to this overall goal. All students are allowed to participate, however the end results will be decided by these two associations. The "yearbook" will embody several interesting aspects about life at both campuses including ;
Pictures of various school events
Articles about how they went
Comments that students make about the school
A class photo section
Contributions from various classes such as English, French, Art, etc
A yearly round up. This is the overall vision for the project, however although reaching it before the end of the year is a possibility, it is highly unlikely we will be able to make up for time lost already, and time lost during establishment of the groups members, so we ask that you help us by posting pictures, comments and information that we might find useful, that directly relates to the school.
