Although emotions are integral to who we are, we cannot allow them to overpower us during crucial moments. This was only Egypt’s third day and he became overwhelmed with the pressure to perform that often diverts boys and men from their true paths. Tears are not a sign of weakness but a testament to being human—a necessary, natural release that helps us reset and push forward. Please join me in encouraging Egypt to express what many males suppress—vulnerable emotions—soon he will become a comprehensive man!
