Exchanges: Journal of Literary Translation We are an online journal of literary translation published biannually and edited by current students Email them at [email protected].

Published biannually, Exchanges was founded in 1989 by the poet and translator Daniel Weissbort, who envisioned the magazine as a venue for collaborations between translation students and visiting writers from the university's International Writing Program. In the quarter-century since, the magazine has evolved to include translations from writers and translators across the country and the globe. Exchanges is edited by current students of the Iowa Translation Workshop.
